Each tablet contains 51 mg calcium and a 784 mg proprietary blend of echinacea purpurea root extract, Schisandra fruit, ligustrum fruit, astragalus root, pau d’arco bark, Oregon grape root, ginger root, garlic bulb, suma root, and eleuthero root extract. Take 1 tablet 3 times daily between meals.
