Bromelain is a pineapple enzyme that may assist the body in times of stress, while vitamin c helps support the immune system. Every 3 tablets contain 788 mg vitamin c, 50 mg magnesium, 1,000 mg quercetin, and 300 mg bromelain. Take 3 tablets 1 to 2 times daily in divided doses between meals.
