A predigested and highly absorbable form of calcium-containing 73 trace minerals harvested above sea in Okinawa, Japan. Added vitamin d-3 in form that supports intestinal absorption of the calcium that you eat and its’ optimal use in the body. Helps build healthy bones, plays a role in muscle contraction, heartbeat, blood clotting, and nerve transmission. May help maintain body ph (alkalinity). May reduce the risk of osteoporosis later in life. Each tablet contains 420 mg calcium (from voral), 1.2 g coral calcium, and 10 mcg (400 iu) vitamin d-3. Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily.
