Special bilayer quick release/sustained release formula to maximize and sustain blood levels and to minimize gastric irritation and blood sugar fluctuations over a longer period of time. Lipid and water-soluble antioxidant that is a cofactor in energy production, helping to regulate glucose metabolism. Promotes the synthesis of glutathione, a critical component of the body’s endogenous antioxidant network. Biotin added for optimum alpha-lipoic acid activity. Each tablet contains 300 mg alpha-lipoic acid and 333 mcg biotin. Take 1 to 2 tablets per day with meals.
