Description
Sustained release for the gradual release of the b-complex over a prolonged period of time. Each mega-potency tablet provides a complete complex of all the b vitamins. Each tablet contains 100 mg. Each vitamin b-1, b-2, b-6, niacin, pantothenic acid, choline, inositol, and para-aminobenzoic acid; 100 mcg. Each vitamin b-12 and biotin; and 400 mcg. Folic acid. In a base of lecithin, parsley, rice bran, and watercress. Take 1-2 daily.
